Topograhical Surveys

Our drone survey of the quarry provided a fast, accurate, and highly detailed assessment of the site’s current condition. Using advanced aerial data capture, we carried out volumetric calculations to determine the precise “fill” measurements within the quarry, giving the client clear insight into material quantities and site capacity.

From the survey, we produced a comprehensive set of outputs, including a Digital Terrain Model (DTM), Digital Surface Model (DSM), high-density point cloud data, elevation data, and detailed contour levels. These deliverables allow for in-depth analysis, planning, and ongoing monitoring of the quarry.

In addition, a fully interactive 3D model was generated, enabling the client to visualise the site in a more intuitive way. This model provides a clear understanding of the quarry’s current state, supporting better decision-making and improved operational efficiency.
