Geomatic Surveying

We provide a comprehensive suite of reality capture and surveying services, delivering accurate, data-rich representations of the built environment to support design, construction, and asset management. Using 3D laser scanning, UAV photogrammetry, and traditional survey methods, we capture precise spatial data across buildings, roofs, and external environments. This is processed into measured building surveys, 2D CAD drawings, and BIM outputs.

Our approach ensures reliable as-built information for refurbishment, inspection, and maintenance. By combining ground and aerial capture, we can efficiently survey complex and hard-to-access areas, delivering a seamless workflow from point cloud to Scan-to-CAD and Scan-to-BIM outputs.

These inspections are commonly carried out in silos, culverts, tunnels, tanks, shafts, sewers, pipelines, and other confined or hazardous spaces.

Where appropriate, we use the Elios 3 drone to enhance capability, combining LiDAR point cloud capture with high-resolution visual inspection for safe, accurate data collection.

All surveys are undertaken in accordance with RICS guidelines and industry best practice, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional compliance.
